How often should I use Natural Soap?

Natural Soap can be used on a regular basis, approximately once every week or two, depending on your floors traffic.

What types of floors can Natural Soap be used on?

WOCA Natural Soap is for the routine cleaning of oiled wood floors. If your floors are not oil finished, like tile, vinyl, laminate or lacquer, then use one of our cleaners for non-oiled surfaces.

How do I know what color to choose?

WOCA Natural Soap - White is for light gray or white floors. Natural is for all other wood types.

What is the difference between Natural Soap and Oil Refreshing Soap

Natural Soap and Oil Refreshing Soap are designed to go hand in hand. Both products clean floors while depositing additional oil, to protect the oil finish and make the floors easier to keep clean and maintain. Oil Refresher should only be used 3 to 4 times per year. Natural Soap can be used on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

How often should I use Oil Refreshing Soap?

To keep your oil finished floor looking its best, use WOCA Oil Refreshing Soap every 3 to 4 months. This powerful product not only cleans your floors, but also rejuvenates the existing oil finish by penetrating the wood with additional oil. Partner it with WOCA Natural Soap for routine cleaning.

Woca Woodcare Shipping and Delivery

Our warehouse ships Monday-Thursday. Orders received on Thursday and Friday will be processed and shipped by the following Monday.  We use Standard Shipping Rates for all U.S. Deliveries. Delivery is usually within 5 to 7 business days once parcel has shipped. If you need to receive the items sooner, please select an expedited shipping type at checkout.

Due to the ongoing shipping delays and issues with UPS, WOCA Woodcare will not reimburse shipping charges for delayed, lost or damaged shipments.  Shipping charges are determined by UPS.

When ordering Antique Oak Lye, Driftwood Lye, or Softwood Lye, there is an additional handling fee, and they must be shipped either next day air or ground using FedEx.  This is due to the hazardous material status of these products.

WOCA Woodcare reserves the right to change or choose the shipping company for each shipment.

WOCA Woodcare Return Policy

Product must be returned within 14 days after purchase. Product must be unopened, unused, in good and resell-able condition with original package.  All returns require a Return Authorization number.  Return Authorizations must be requested by phone 877-962 2645 or email info@wocawoodcare.com

Returns without an RA# will not receive a refund.

All returned items are subject to inspection; we reserve the right to refuse any damaged or used items. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost or returned packages and non-returnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. Original receipt or invoice and Return Authorization number are required for any return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days minus a 30% re-stocking charge.

WOCA Cleaning Kits (Commercial, Premium, Small Space and Starter) are not eligible to return.

Due to the hazardous material status of some WOCA Lyes, we cannot coordinate or accept returns for the following products: Antique Lye & Tester Driftwood Lye & Tester Softwood Lye & Tester.
