Returns and Refund Policy

Product must be returned within 14 days after purchase. Product must be unopened, unused, in good and resell-able condition with the original package. All returns require a Return Authorization number. Return Authorizations must be requested by phone 1-877-962 2645 or email info@wocawoodcare.com

Returns without an RA# will not receive a refund.

All returned items are subject to inspection; we reserve the right to refuse any damaged or used items. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost or returned packages, and non-returnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. Original receipt or invoice and Return Authorization number are required for any return.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days minus a 30% re-stocking charge.

Because of the hazardous material status of some WOCA Lyes, we cannot coordinate or accept returns for any size of the following products: Antique Lye, Driftwood Lye, Softwood Lye.
