You’re in control. You can change the date of your subscription billing or *cancel the subscription anytime you want. Just go to your account page and click on the “Subscriptions” tab to make changes.

*You must complete 2 subscription orders before cancelling your subscription.

When you sign up for a cleaning subscription you will receive free shipping and you can cancel at any time.

WOCA Woodcare offers FREE ground shipping on orders over $699.00 to most locations in the contiguous United States.  Hazmat Pretreatments are excluded from Free Shipping. 

Our standard carriers include, but are not limited to, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and LTL freight carriers. We reserve the right to select the carrier and shipping method used. 

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and phone number. Freight carriers determine whether an address qualifies as commercial, residential, or limited access. .

Same Day Shipping

Shipping cutoff times vary, but we make every attempt to ship the same day if you order by 12pm EST Monday - Thursday (excluding holidays). Our warehouse is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Same-day shipping does not mean same-day delivery.

Transit Time

Ground shipping within the contiguous US typically delivers within 2-6 business days, but can take up to 10 business days depending on the carrier and your location.  If you need your order by a certain date, choose from the expedited shipping options at checkout or contact us. WOCA Woodcare does not take responsibility for transit times or late deliveries.  

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Expedited delivery is not available to all destinations or for all products.  Hazmat Pretreatments (Antique Lye, Driftwood Lye, and Softwood Lye) are not eligible for Expedited Shipping.  WOCA Woodcare does not take responsibility for transit times or late deliveries. 

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection provides full coverage product item replacement if your package is damaged, stolen, or lost in transit. We cannot replace the lost, stolen or damaged items on customer orders that chose not to purchase shipping protection.  The protection plan ensures your order is fully covered. More information about Shipping Protection can be found on our Shipping Protection page. If a product does need to be replaced, we will replace it using standard shipping. 

Lost or Damaged Shipment

We do our best to ensure every order reaches you in excellent condition. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us via chat, email info@wocawoodcare.com or 1-877-962-2645.  Please include photos of the damaged items or package. 

LTL Freight

Large, heavy, or oversized products may ship palletized via LTL freight rather than standard parcel service.  LTL freight carriers will contact the customer directly by phone to schedule the delivery. Address changes and/or customers that are not responsive to the LTL carriers schedule delivery requests can incur additional charges for changes and delays. 

PO Box Delivery

Small orders can ship to a PO Box via USPS only.  Fed Ex and UPS shipments cannot ship to a PO Box.  

Order Tracking

When a tracking number is generated for your, an email is sent to you from info@wocawoodcare.com with the subject line “A shipment from order #  is on the way”.  If you do not see an email from us, check your junk or spam folder.  You can also log into your account and track your order and view your order history.  

Multi-box shipments may not be delivered together or on the same day. 

Tracking information may only be available for delivery confirmation, not while the package is traveling.

Delivery dates and schedules are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, operational issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

My tracking number says the shipment is delivered, but I can’t find it.  

Check with family members, neighbors, coworkers, the building manager, or others who may have accepted your order if you were not home during a delivery attempt.  The delivery driver may have placed your order near your door, out of plain view. Look for your order in places such as a back door, garage, or behind bushes.  

Order Cancellations 

An order cancellation received after an item has shipped, including a cancellation made on the same day the item ships, will be treated as a return and will be subject to the terms of this Return Policy.

Hawaii

We do not ship to Hawaii.  Please contact WOCA Hawaii (808) 202-4714 to order WOCA products in Hawaii.

Canada

We do not ship to Canada.  To purchase WOCA products  in Canada, please contact www.wocadirect.ca

International Shipping
