What are the benefits of a WOCA Natural Soap subscription, and can I make changes?

Choose monthly, quarterly, or yearly delivery with free ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States. You can adjust products, delivery frequency, and billing date. You must place two subscription orders before cancellation. Learn more about WOCA Cleaning Products Subscriptions.

What's the difference between Natural Soap and Oil Refreshing Soap?

Both Soaps serve their purpose. One is not better than the other because they are to be used as a system.

Natural Soap is designed to clean and protect oil finished surfaces from dirt, stains, wear and tear. It cleans and leaves behind an invisible layer of plant fats, which strengthens and protects the finish.

Oil Refreshing Soap is used to clean the floor as periodic maintenance and add more oil to the finish. It does not leave behind any residue.

Natural Soap and Oil Refreshing Soap are both a part of the WOCA Residential Care System for cleaning an oiled floor. Use Natural Soap twice a month and Oil Refreshing Soap quarterly to clean and protect your oiled wood surface.

Do I need to rinse the floor after cleaning with Natural Soap?

Natural Soap does not require rinsing after applying a properly diluted solution. Rinsing would remove the conditioning benefits of the Natural Soap.

How often should I use Oil Refreshing soap?

Oil Refreshing Soap is designed to be used on a quarterly basis, approximately 3–4 times per year, depending on your floor's traffic/usage.

What types of floors can Oil Refreshing Soap be used on?

WOCA Oil Refreshing Soap is for quarterly maintenance of oil finished wood surfaces. If your floors are not oil finished, like tile, vinyl, laminate or lacquer, then use one of our cleaners for non-oiled surfaces.

Woca Woodcare Shipping and Delivery

Our warehouse ships Monday-Thursday. Orders received on Thursday and Friday will be processed and shipped by the following Monday.  Woca shipping uses Standard Shipping Rates for all U.S. Deliveries. Delivery is usually within 5 to 7 business days once parcel has shipped. If you need to receive the items sooner, please select an expedited shipping type at checkout.  

Due to the ongoing shipping delays and issues with FED EX, USPS and UPS, WOCA Woodcare will not reimburse shipping charges for delayed, lost or damaged shipments. Shipping charges are determined by FED EX, USPS and UPS.

We recommend choosing Navidium Shipping Protection when you place your order

When ordering Antique Oak Lye, Driftwood Lye, or Softwood Lye, there is an additional handling fee, and they must be shipped via FedEx Ground Hazmat. This is due to the hazardous material status of these products.

WOCA Woodcare reserves the right to change or choose the shipping company for each shipment.
