WOCA Tannin Spot Neutralizer effectively removes black spots caused by acid/water reaction. This product can be used on unfinished, soaped, oiled or waxed interior surfaces.
Oak wood naturally contains a very high amount of tannic acid. Black spots are formed when the wood is exposed to metal and moisture. Leaving a wet glass, or a leaky vase, can trigger a chemical reaction from the acid in the wood and the water. This reaction leaves an undesired black spot.

There is a set in stain that the Natural Soap can't remove. What do I do?
For stubborn stains that are not removed by using WOCA Natural Soap, try using WOCA Stain Remover or Tannin Spot Remover. Just remember to touch up after the stain has been removed with more oil.
Does Tannin Spot Remover remove pet stains?
Tannin Spot Remover is not specifically designed for removing pet urine stains, but some customers have had success with it, so it is possible.
Is Tannin Spot Remover sold in a larger size?
Tannin Spot Remover is only sold in a 8oz (250ml) spray bottle.
I sprayed Tannin Spot Remover and it faded the stain, but it’s still there?
It’s working. Apply Tannin Spot Remover again to make it fade more and go away.
What do I do after the stain is removed?
After removing the stain from the wood with Tannin Spot Remover, apply the original oil finish that was used on the floor to establish the finish and protect the wood.
