We ship the same business day on orders placed Monday - Thursday before 12:00 PM EST. All orders placed after Thursday at 12PM will be shipped out and processed on the following Monday.  We use Standard Shipping Rates for all U.S. Deliveries. Delivery is usually within 5 to 7 business days once parcel has shipped. If you need to receive the items sooner, please select an expedited shipping type at checkout.

Product must be returned within 30 days after purchase. Product must be unopened, unused, in good and resell-able condition with original package. All returned items are subject for inspection; we reserve the right to refuse any damaged or used items. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost or returned packages and non-returnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. Original receipt or invoice is required for any return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days minus a 20% re-stocking charge.

WOCA Oil Refresher is a cleaner and revitalizer for oiled hardwood maintenance. Oil Refresher Natural is for natural oiled and color oiled floors and Oil Refresher White is for white oiled wood floors. Oil Refresher combines efficient cleaning with re-oiling as additional oil penetrates into the wood of the floor forming a matte protective layer in the surface.

Instructions

How to use WOCA Oil Refresher for hardwood maintenance

The floor must be free from dust before treatment. Shake the bottle well before use.
  1. Dilute WOCA Oil Refresher with lukewarm water:
    * For traditionally oiled floors:  6 oz. Oil Refresher per gallon of lukewarm water.
    * For Factory UV-oiled floors:  3 oz. Oil Refresher per gallon of lukewarm water.
  2. Damp mop the floor with a well wrung mop.
  3. Leave the floor to dry for approximately two hours before use.
  4. For a light shine, polish the dry floor with a white pad, manually, or with a buffer.
Note: Oiled wood floors can also be cleaned regularly with WOCA Soap ‘Natural’ or ‘White’ and re-oiled with WOCA Oil or WOCA Maintenance Gel at periodic intervals in residential areas and more often in commercial areas.
