FAQ What is your return policy?
Returns without an RA# will not receive a refund.
All returned items are subject to inspection; we reserve the right to refuse any damaged or used items. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost or returned packages, and non-returnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. Original receipt or invoice and Return Authorization number are required for any return.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days minus a 30% restocking charge.
Because of the hazardous material status of some WOCA Lyes, we cannot coordinate or accept returns for any size of the following products: Antique Lye, Driftwood Lye, Softwood Lye.
