Shipping and Returns
Woca Woodcare Shipping and Delivery
Our warehouse ships Monday-Thursday. Orders received on Thursday and Friday will be processed and shipped by the following Monday. We use Standard Shipping Rates for all U.S. Deliveries. Delivery is usually within 5 to 7 business days once parcel has shipped. If you need to receive the items sooner, please select an expedited shipping type at checkout.
Due to the ongoing shipping delays and issues with FedEx and UPS, WOCA Woodcare will not reimburse shipping charges for delayed, lost or damaged shipments. Shipping charges are determined by Fed Ex and UPS.
WOCA Woodcare Return Policy
Product must be returned within 14 days after purchase. Product must be unopened, unused, in good and resell-able condition with original package. All returns require a Return Authorization number. Return Authorizations must be requested by phone 877-962 2645 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns without an RA# will not receive a refund.
All returned items are subject for inspection; we reserve the right to refuse any damaged or used items. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost or returned packages and non-returnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. Original receipt or invoice and Return Authorization number are required for any return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days minus a 30% re-stocking charge.
Due to the hazardous material status of some WOCA Lyes, we cannot coordinate or accept returns for the following products: Antique Lye & Tester Driftwood Lye & Tester Softwood Lye & Tester.
