Our warehouse ships Monday-Thursday. Orders received on Thursday and Friday will be processed and shipped by the following Monday. Woca shipping uses Standard Shipping Rates for all U.S. Deliveries. Delivery is usually within 5 to 7 business days once parcel has shipped. If you need to receive the items sooner, please select an expedited shipping type at checkout.
Due to the ongoing shipping delays and issues with FED EX, USPS and UPS, WOCA Woodcare will not reimburse shipping charges for delayed, lost or damaged shipments. Shipping charges are determined by FED EX, USPS and UPS.

When ordering Antique Oak Lye, Driftwood Lye, or Softwood Lye, there is an additional handling fee, and they must be shipped via FedEx Ground Hazmat. This is due to the hazardous material status of these products.
