Frequently Asked Questions

I need to clean my floors daily. What should I use?

For frequent or daily cleaning, use Commercial Soap. It does not leave a protective residue.

Frequent cleaning with the Natural Soap could leave an unwanted build up on the floor.

Is WOCA Commercial Soap the same formula as WOCA Master Soap?

WOCA Commercial Soap is the same product and formula as WOCA Master Soap.

What surfaces can WOCA Commercial Soap be used on?

Woca Commercial Soap can be used on any wood species or finish. In addition, it can be used to clean tile, vinyl, LVT, and stone surfaces.

How often should Commercial Cleaning Oil be applied?

WOCA Commercial Oil should be applied 2-4 times a year, or as needed. For regular cleaning, use WOCA Commercial Soap.

How long does it take Commercial Oil to cure?

Commercial Oil has a quick dry time and curing period, allowing for cleaning and re-oiling in a simple, single workflow.

Floors re-oiled with WOCA Commercial Oil have a drying time of 2 hours at 68°F. Floor should not be cleaned or exposed to water for 24 hours, while floor cures.

Woca Woodcare Shipping and Delivery

Our warehouse ships Monday-Thursday. Orders received on Thursday and Friday will be processed and shipped by the following Monday.  Woca shipping uses Standard Shipping Rates for all U.S. Deliveries. Delivery is usually within 5 to 7 business days once parcel has shipped. If you need to receive the items sooner, please select an expedited shipping type at checkout.  

Due to the ongoing shipping delays and issues with FED EX, USPS and UPS, WOCA Woodcare will not reimburse shipping charges for delayed, lost or damaged shipments. Shipping charges are determined by FED EX, USPS and UPS.

When ordering Antique Oak Lye, Driftwood Lye, or Softwood Lye, there is an additional handling fee, and they must be shipped via FedEx Ground Hazmat. This is due to the hazardous material status of these products.
